Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. However, last-minute cancellations impact my ability to offer appointments to other clients.

Please take a moment to review my policy:

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a 50% fee of the booked treatment cost.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

I kindly ask all clients to respect this policy so I can continue to provide a high-quality, personalised service.
