Deposit £25 for Treatment less than 1 hour

At Caroline Conrad Skin Specialist, every appointment is carefully planned to give you the time, attention, and results you deserve. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments mean someone else misses out on a place and it can be difficult to fill at short notice.

To secure your booking, we now require a deposit of £25 – for appointments up to 1 hour (for bookings of over 1 hour £50)

Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. Please note, in line with my Cancellation Policy, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 4 days’ notice or do not attend your appointment.

This helps me protect valuable time in the diary and ensures I can continue to give every client the highest standard of care.
